It's only a little rain you chicken schnitzel

With all the rain and lack of dog friendly charity shops, we headed to our next venue, Lytham Bierhaus.

As the name suggests it's a German theme bar, plenty of German beers (approx. £5.80 per pint), long sharing tables which Tandleman would enjoy and most importantly, chicken schnitzel on the menu!

£11.50, excellent VFM!

Keeping inline with my 'try January' rules, which are in continuous development, I prioritise the three cask* options, Beartown's Skinful and Kodiak and White Witch by Moorhouse. All in good condition. 

We hoovered up the schnitzel before the rest of our party arrived, and felt it rude not to have a drink with them here. Having tried all 3 cask options I had to refer to rule 2** of 'try January' and chose Inception by Beartown, pleasant but far too cold!

Ready for somewhere new, we brave the weather and make the 1 minute journey across the road.

Ps, German beers sampled were HB, Bitburger, Ayinger and Spartan.

PPS,  no dog treats or water was offered. Just a 1 paw rating.
