From the Corn Dolly we headed to North Parade, once the ‘new’ area for drinking. In almost 15 years, bars have opened and closed; the Sparrow being the main one.

The Record Cafe has being a constant though, for opening and quality choice of beer.
Like the Corn Dolly, it was benefiting from the post match crowd, rewarding the win with a few afternoon beers.
With a few more AF options available, I enjoyed the Somona by Track, whilst Mike really did enjoy the Stoop by Mash Gang.
A quick flick through the “not as many as there used to be” records and we were moving on.
Yes, not sure the vinyl sections are as popular as they used to be, but as you note the Record Cafe goes from strength to strength. Had wonderful beer in there last month, and rather expensive fishy snacks.
